“Good hotel, good position Breakfast very poor ”

“The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. ”

“Location is good, in the town center. It looks quite old, but inside is OK. A lot of small ants in the room. Shower is not warm.”
